 Position Summary

This position is responsible for annual giving fundraising and donor engagement activities for the foundation and/or programs specific to hospital entities within their assigned region. In addition to supporting the Foundation’s annual campaigns, the specialist will be expected to maintain a portfolio and solicit gifts up to $10,000 from individuals, foundations, and corporations on an ongoing basis, building relationships with prospects and existing donors through one-on-one interactions. The specialist will be involved with oversee donor engagement strategies for their assigned region including affinity groups, cultivation events and volunteer fundraising. This position will also play a significant role in identifying annual fund donors who are ready to move into the major gift program.
