Sitting for long periods of time, occasional lifting of objects under 25 lbs, repetitive motions.

Monday though Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM.

The Social Work Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Medical Case Management team, including social workers, bilingual navigators, and intake case managers, ensuring that people living with HIV/AIDS receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

They will provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality, client-centered services. The Supervisor will also be responsible for staffing activities within the work unit, including but not limited to intakes, clinic coverage, walk-ins, and caseload sizes.

The Supervisor ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and collaborates with healthcare providers and community organizations to enhance the health outcomes of people living with HIV.

The Supervisor will collaborate regularly with the principal investigators, program coordinators, administrative, and financial staff to ensure smooth program operations and alignment with funding requirements.

Comprehensive knowledge of Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program requirements preferred. Management, MS Windows, Excel, EPIC program skills.

Prefer more than 3 years casework experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
